Colic Session
One lesson concentrated solely of the strokes to relieve colic normally lasts about an hour and while it is included in the full baby massage course, parents can chose to learn only this if they wish. This one off lesson costs €40.00 and I can travel to your home if you wish.
Quinn Healthcare (previously BUPA) Health Manager and Health Manager Gold members can reclaim €100.00 against their health insurance.
VHI Family Plan Plus members can reclaim €75.00 against their health insurance.
What happens at a class?
Each class lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. This includes tea or coffee at the end with a chance to chat to other Mums and exchange tips and ideas. I will demonstrate all strokes to you on a doll. I will go from person to person and give all parents individual attention but at no time will I massage your baby. A baby’s parent or caregivers are the only people ever to massages their babies at one of my classes.
